I have had so many problems with delivery. They send emails saying they are dropping off my water then never do. Then days later they claim they will deliver again and never do. I finally had to cancel my account because they kept missing deliveries. Guess what after my account was cancelled they made a delivery. now it has taken me 7 calls from them to pick up the water because I elected to go to another company and they still have not picked up the water after all these call. Arrowhead is the worst. They miss more delivery dates than they make. I would urge you DO NOT use them.
