I completed a direct purchase of gold. Agent had good ability and willingness to answer my questions. I felt like I was working with a company that was being honest with me and gave me great service.

Your agents are very well informed, and believe in the services that they provide. I have had a delay for over a year now in rolling over my 401. Jordan has stayed on top of the situation, and kept in touch with me this entire time. Chelsea Jenkins was also integral in finally getting everything finalized.

As my agent well knows, I took my sweet time making this decision. I originally saw an ad for American Bullion online and called in for information.
