This Allstate car rental was one of the Best choices me and my finance could of made while visiting California , we was having a very rough start and nothing was seeming to go right but the guy in the office was so calm understanding and very helpful he even went out of his way to bring us our daughter's base to her car seat when we accidentally left it in the rental rushing to catch the shuttle to the airport my fiancé is going to use this place every time we go to visit cali awesome place and very caring workers ❤️

had a great experience. everything went very quick, excellent service, REASONABLE RATES, we rented 2 vehicles and they were accommodating in letting us pick which vehicle best suited our family, very good vehicle,quick and efficient the employees are really nice. friendly, and helpful. highly recommended, charged me only $25.00 for the GPS for 10 days. I am very happy with the service me and my family most certainly make this All States Car Rental my top choice when it comes to reliable rental cars! highly recommended.

my experience with All States Car Rental was great, their prices are very affordable. the employees are really nice, friendly, and helpful helpful. they have the best rates by far compared to all the other big car rental companies around the LAX Los Angeles AirPort. good thing they accept DEBIT card. simply they are very good car rental company. friendly service highly recommended. I would definitely rent from them again if I ever need a car.

but I got great deal at All States Car Rental, me and my family rented a Chevy Suburban nice clean vehicle and got very good service. we had great time in Los Angeles, San Diego area with a tV in the car, I rented from here a few time before and I will rent from All States car rental again. the rental people are always courteous and helpful and the car was perfect for my needs and vehicle was clean and there was no issues with the operation of the vehicle. I'D RENT WITH THEM AGAIN.

The worst rental service I have ever had in my life!!! I choose All States because I was looking to rental a 2014 VW Beetle convertible. I made my reservation by the internet, one week earlier and use my credit card to guarantee that.

When I arrived in the store at Concourse Hotel, the agent told me that they had a problem and the car that a booked was not available. I was very upset... the gentle agent offer us another vehicle, a Mustang. The car took more than half hour to arrive, my fiancé was very unhappy with the situation. When the car arrived, it was dirty, full of sand, the seats in a miserable situation. It was a 2012 mustang (look, I made a reservation for a 2014 Beetle, with more than 80.000Km. The store manager gave us a discount of U$20.00, but the way that we feel about the situation was irreparable. If I wanted to rent any kind of convertible vehicle, I would have used one of the car rental companies that are located inside of the airport, which would have given me much more convenience and time. Unfortunately, all the expectation that I had with your service and with the car that a choose to spend my vacation was frustrated!!!

I highly recommended and I would definitely rent from AllStates Car rental again, they are privately owned, local business in Los Angeles, they have the best rates, we were in and out fast fast,

This was a great place to rent from. Right next door to the Radisson. Landed at LAX, caught the Radisson shuttle, the check in for the car went very smooth, the desk person was very polite, no hard sells on insurance or anything. Yes, the car had 35,000 miles on it but it was still a newer model and we were very happy with it. Turned it in after office hours, just parked it and dropped the keys in the slot. Price quoted was what was charged. No hidden fees. A great place to rent near LAX. Plus close enough to LAX you could probably walk.

I got good customer service and great deal here at All States Car Rental so I have to give them good review, the people working here are nice friendly, we rented a Mini Van and my family really liked it, No hassles over insurance or gas, the return was perfect and easy, anyway they do not run a credit check ( unlike other big places) anyone basically can rent, best rental car experience I've ever had from top to down.

will use them again if I need to rent a car.

we will definitely rent from All States Car Rental on our next trip to Los Angeles, they are really close to the LAX airport and easy to transfer from LAX to counter. my company suggested me All States C. R. I think they were right. we rented a minivan with tv dvd player , drove very nicely. and had no problems! service reps were super nice and helpful, the only reason they are getting 4 stars is because the parking entrance a little confusing! they are located at the La Quinta Inn& suites, nothing major wrong. but everything went smoothly, same on the return no line prompt check in. I will rent from all states car rental again.

We rented a Luxury full siz SUV from Global All State Rent-A-Car in Los Angeles near the LAX airport and the SUV was new . We had lots of fun driving it to San Diego and Las Vegas, 22 inch Flat Screen TV- DVD worked beautifully and made our trip fantastic, they are open on Sunday too, they work with us and accept DEBIT card and really give us a good deal, service was good and helpful, suttle service to the airport was free and simple, I recommend this rental car company.

I have been renting from the LAX area for many years now and while staying at the La Quinta Hotel in LAX, I was referred to All States Car Rental. Wow, was I pleased I rented from them.

The staff is very nice and professional, the cars are new and clean and less expensive as Enterprise or the rest of the car rentaL companies.



I have rented a few times with All States and will definately rent again!!!!



p.s. they give you free parking if you are staying at La Quinta....
