Al-Ken Vending FrustrationOn several occasions I have inserted the correct amount of $$ and the machine kept asking me for more change. When I pressed the button to refund the money nothing came out. Typical situation, we all went through it...After this happened few times I decided to call the number for Al-Ken vending repair. I have left a detailed message about my frustration, not expecting that somebody will reimburse me but just to let the management know about what's going on with the machine. Somebody called back (what a surprise!) and was extremely rude (what a surprise!). Starting the conversation by "I couldn't understand your English, so what do you want, what's wrong with the machine?". Than he kept going on and on that my English was bad that I talked too slow and that he couldn't understand!!! What does that have to do with anything? To prove his point he played the message back to me! Well done!......I am really curious if that's the way this company is used to trea
