I had really bad experience with this company. During moving they lost a box with our belongings and did not want to acknowledge this. No compensation was offered and even apology. Besides they added to the final bill $76 for parking ticket they received since they did not have a valid permit to work in West Hollywood. I was told this was a company policy to charge customers for parking tickets, but they did not inform me about this policy in advance, just after the fact. I used this company before and recommended to others. Not anymore.

the movers arrived perfectly on time and we're ready to work from the moment they arrive. This particular job was an incredibly difficult one the place I was moving into had a very high balcony which was the only way to get furniture into the apartment azanas the entrance to the place was very small. They worked Efficiently and we're very quick and they worked together well. VK was the group leader and managed his men and motivated them with each difficult haul. I would not hesitate to use Adept again.
