Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They put a hole in my wall, promised to fix it and 3 weeks later, still haven't. They leave tools, nails, unfastened supplies (lumber, metal rods, wood supports) teetering on the edge of the roof. They block you out of your home for days at a time, without scheduling a time with you. The workers don't wear hard hats, they holler and yell all day long, laughing, making jokes and talking on their cell phones. They toss 2-by-4s back and forth to each other from different floors, often missing, which causes the wood to splinter. The scaffolding is very unstable and falling apart. Their work is sub-standard, with cracks in the cement that they just placed. I watched them pour cement on a rainy day, which makes it impossible for the cement to dry correctly. When I schedule appointments with them, they flake and then lie about being there. Absolutely atrocious. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Do not work with them. Do not insure their work. Do not provide them with a warranty.
