I hired A and A Construction and Development to provide some very much needed updates to my condo prior to listing it on the market in July 2015. l called for an estimate and within a few hours, Abby, the owner, and I were discussing ideas and cost over coffee in my living room. As a single female and a 1st time home owner, it was both refreshing and comforting to discuss my renovation ideas with another female. I felt confident that Abby would get the job done right from start to finish including design, materials, and labor. Within 1 week Abby's crew was hard at work. I was 100% satisfied and so were my new tenants who signed a 1 year lease within the first 2 weeks of the listing. Abby was very detailed and thorough throughout the entire process and I never once felt left out, pressured, or unclear on any aspect of the project. Based on this experience, I highly recommend A and A Construction and Development - professional, timely, competent, AND... FEMALE owned and operated!
