Very unprofessional. I needed two sets of prints for two teaching licenses, and got the first done with culver city police. The timing wasn't convenient for the second set and so I went here. He went super fast, and stupidly I didn't say anything because I am so busy and needed to get it done. My prints were rejected. Don't make the same mistake I did; this guy seemed like he had something better to do on his computer. Grrrrrrrrr
