The Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of facilities and programs for its members and participants. The organization s facilities include a gymnasium, cardio fitness rooms, and racquetball and squash courts. It provides a variety of after-school and summer enrichment programs for youths. The Family YMCA offers classes in martial arts, dance and music. The organization also provides aerobics, Pilates, yoga and indoor cycling classes. It serves more than 2,300 facility members and over 3,200 program members. The Family YMCA supports several sports activities, such as volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track and field. The organization also offers Leader-In-Training program for participants in grades six and seven and Councilor-In-Training program for participants in grades eight and nine. Established in 1955, The Family YMCA is located in Los Alamos, N.M.
