Worst management company out there! I have been renting for 12+ years and I have never had any issues with landlords or rental companies. I have always paid my rent on-time and never missed a payment. Ray Roberts illegally OVER charged me for a month of rent when I had already vacated the apartment. When I called them to dispute the charge, the staff was very unprofessional and they hung up on me (a woman named Erika). I called back and asked politely to speak to a manager (Rebecca). She stated that since I had auto pay for rent, it was my fault that I was charged and there's nothing I can do about it. She stated it would probably take more than 3 weeks to issue a reimbursement. When I asked if it was legal for a landlord to charge rent for a month I did not occupy the apartment, she stated it was. PLEASE, if you like money and don't want a company to illegally take it from you, please don't rent with Ray Roberts!!

RRR is a pleasure to work with! They manage my home and my apartment complex and handle everything efficiently and proffesionally. A small management fee is worth every penny to not be receiving phone calls from tenants. Their frequent communication and monthly reports help me rest easy at night

The most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. They showed me an apartment I liked and had me put in the application. They ran my credit (score 743) along with my co-applicant and charged us $60 for credit check. After two days a lady from their office called and said the owner has rented the apt. and that I chose another apt on their web site. They did not have an equivalent apt. in the area so I demanded my money back as they did not have an apt for me to rent. They behaved very rudely and refused to refund the fee saying they could have many applicants for one apt at a time, run their credit for a fee and then pick the best tenant. I do not see how this can be done with a clear conscience, especially when they do not inform you of this at the time of application. I left their office telling them that I will take them to court and sure enough I receive a letter from them giving me an entirely different reason for their refusal saying that my application was denied based in whole or in part upon information contained in a consumer credit report. THEY HAD NOT DENIED MY APPLICATION AND HAD OFFERED ME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER APARTMENT ON THEIR WEB SITE. Would you do business with such people? I WILL NOT.

I just came out of Ray Roberts Realty office. I applied for one of their rental units. They are really professional. The receptionists are very nice and really helpful. I'm so glad to work with them.

BEWARE!!!!!! They are a company of dishonest people, they have the people who work for them post great reviews for them when truthfully they are a horrible SLUMLORD company (proof: they have a receptionist who works there named rebecca look who is posting below, and I spoke with several current tenants and they take forever to fix things and if they think your the one who broke it (and 90% of the time they do) they charge the tenants for it) And most of the office staff does not speak proper english. So please for your sanity please look elsewhere.

i've had trouble getting an apartment due to my poor credit and a lot of agencies do not take co-signers luckily i came across ray roberts realty on craigslist and i have my own apartment. thank you so much for working with me.

They made finding a home a breeze. I submitted all documents needed to apply within 2 days I recieved a call of approval RAN to leave my security deposit & now live in this gorgeous property.

I believe I am their longest tenured renter or at least that is what the office staff has told me....I've rented from them for over 20 years in the City of Los Alamitos...Pretty nice staff, someone always picks up the phone, and the repairs inside my place were taken care of pretty quickly....Mark & Ray are pretty cool, and I've always had a good relationship with them over my tenure at the property....There is a reason I haven't moved in over 20 years....I like it here.....

I had a month to look for a place before my school semester started and tried applying to several places but the companies made it so difficult to apply it was as if they want no one to apply! Im so so glad ray roberts realty was so easy! i had about a hundred questions and they were glad to help me. They are lif savers.

I had a really bad leak during the rainy week and i was freaking out cuz i didnt want no damage to my flooring. I called the management company and they sent someone out that same day and fixed the leak. IT was a great relief

Really helpful. We were able to negotiate a rent amount that fit my price range. They worked with me eventhough my credit was not so great. Overall they know what they are doing and will try their best to help you find a rental. :]
