THE WOMAN IN CHARGE HERE IS A PSYCHO! THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST!

The worst for alterations! I had 7 pair of pants hemmed and within about 6 weeks, 3 pair of those pants hems had thread hanging and the hem coming down. AND I had only worn them once or twice!! I took them back to have them fixed and they wanted to charge me for their mess up! I told her I would not pay and she argued with me and said that the hem came out because I wore them...WHAT???...REALLY??? I was very angry at this point and said to her, I had them hemmed so I COULD wear them....not hang them in the closet!! (there were a lot more words said that I won't repeat). It was a very angry and ugly confrontation and I told her I was going to file a claim and she said ... you go ahead and file a claim (and more words of anger came out of my mouth not to repeat). I will talk to everyone I know, as well as the mayor of this city is a personal friend, and make sure they don't patronize this cleaners! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We sent 12 curtain panels to be cleaned, they were previously cleaned by All World. They shrunk them all about 6 inches. The curtains were to ready for pick up on Wednesday afternoon, but were not ready until Friday. My husband made 3 trips after being promised the curtains would be ready each day. I finally picked them up on Friday afternoon. I had to go out on Good Friday evening & purchase all new window coverings. Not a fun experience. But, the worst part is when I tried to contact the manager or owner on Monday afternoon. I was hung up on 3 times. I did manage to get a bogus phone #. Some one did return my call, but they didn't speak English. I ended up stopping payment on my check. I wrote a letter to the company, stating I would pay for services, had I actually received service. What happened to customer service? The women in the shop act like they don't understand English, but that has been going on for the last 10 years we have done business there. We have had minor problems before, but overlooked them. Prices are good & clothes are cleaned & pressed properly. That's why I don't understand the current problem. Contact me & we can reach some kind of agreement.
