WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

Follow your instincts regarding your pets behavior if you've already taken you pet here and you've observed their nervous behavior. Don't be a fool as I was and doubt yourself and your animal. I took my other dog for a simple bath, no trimming at all. I went to pick her up and she wasn't yet ready and the shop agreed to call me when she was ready. They NEVER called so I went back to the shop and no one was there. I tried calling and no one answered. I called and tried texting so I could pick up my dog and still no response. FINALLY after texting a picture of my dog and demanding to know where she was and that I be able to pick her up I received a response from the groomers. I finally got my dog around 9:00 that night!! I wonder what fear and terror she experienced during all of that time and WHERE she was???

Just be very careful where you leave your dog...........

These group of people do a very good job with your pet. They are also very reasonably priced, and do due emergancy job too. They also take care of your messy dog. They're just a great local place here in Los Alamitos to take your pet for the good looking treatment.

I brought my cats in at 8:30 AM and was told that we would be called by 4:30 PM that day. By 4:30 PM I hadn't heard from them, so I called and was told they were ready. Had they been ready for hours? Maybe. I got my cats home and the "lion cut" that they both received looked terrible! They looked choppy and uneven. Where their fur ended and the shaved area began was completely asymmetrical. There were chunks of fur all over the place, as though they hadn't bothered to clean up after the cut. I spent $50 on each cat and feel like I was taken advantage of. I was unable to call the company that day because they were closed by the time I got home. I won't be going back!
