My wife and I found this place...

My wife and I found this place when we were out walking our dog. We decided to go in and check it out. At first glance, we were a little apprehensive as the shop looks like a warehouse, which is not what we were expecting, but I am so glad we decided to go in because we have done business with them 3 times since. We worked with Bruce and Paul at different times and they were wonderful. The woman at the front desk was always nice, though she did seem a bit scattered. They have helped us fix our previous blinds many times and have done a beautiful bay window treatment in our breakfast nook. I am very pleased that this shop is in business. Great Job!

I totally disagree with the re...

I totally disagree with the review before me. I have been going to R&R for years. It is run by three guys who are very nice, funny, and are willing to work with you on any project. The first time I went in there was for my grandmother. Her blinds were from the 30's and were in disrepair. I went and met with Paul, who has been there for years. He was so pleasant to both myself and my grandmother. He was patient with her as she tried to make the "right" decision. They have been very responsive every time I have ordered something there. It is important to me that I don't feel that someone is trying to "get over on me" when I am making an investment in my home. I really trust the guys at R&R. They are honest and do really wonderful work. They are clean during installations and are very thorough. I have never had a bad experience in my 15 years working with them. I wish there were more "Mom and Pop" places like it. Sorry to be so lengthy, but I hope this helps someone.

Horrible Attitude and customer service

I called R & R three times over a two week period to order blinds for my house. Everytime I spoke with the same woman, she had a horrible attitude and was very rude and quick to hang up. After placing the order the first time, I called to get an update, she had no order. I had to give her the details again then was told she would call me back. No call back. Called the third time later in the week, she was very rude again as soon as she answered, I simply told her "forget it, I'll get the blinds somewhere else." There are companies out there looking for business instead of rudely shrugging it off. If you have to pay a little more or drive a little farther to get blinds I recommend it. If this was the last blind store on earth I would go buy curtains. Do not recommend unless you like to waste your time.
