I have been using McArthur & Schroder for over 20 years since it was McArthur & Sons. I have purchased a couple of units from them for my various houses.They are always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They go out of their way to achieve your satisfaction by explaining the problem and what was done to correct the problem. I would definitely recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I had Roto-Rooter at my rental in Lorain Ohio trying to get the gas turned on, I was given a quote of $1250 to replace 4 gas shut-offs and a union, plus addition cost for anything else needed. I thought the price was very high so I called McArthur and Son's. They did the everything that needed to be done for half the cost. I will definitely use them again.

Loved them! They came right out and fixed my furnace. Pleasant and professional. Definitely calling them next time I have a problem!

I have used them several times over the past couple of years both for scheduled and emergency repairs. Every time it seems to be a problem like they are doing me a favor for coming out. I called for an emergency repair and was told the service technicain "Bob" would be calling me. I waited an hour and no call so I called again. Answering service told me if he doesn't call back in a hour an hour this time please call back. I never received a call and I didnt waste my time. I called another HVAC contractor that did a great job and didnt make me feel as if I was putting them out for calling.
