BK was amazing. I wouldnt even consider using another inspector. He was unbelievably thorough, and we went past the amount of time that he estimated we would be there and still did not seem to rush or act like he was in a hurry to go. He answered all questions and offered information without scaring me. He had the report emailed to me quicker than he said he would and everything about it all was professional and I couldnt ask for more! His moving guide is quite nice and the included packing stickers are super helpful. He handed me a flashlight to use while we walked the property and was very welcoming to any questions I had.He even had a cooler of drinks to offer incase I got thirsty. The radon testing was very high tech, he uploaded the results to the lab while we were there from his phone and we had the results emailed back before our inspection was over. King inspection is the best there is!

I would say you could not find a better more through guy than Brian B.K. Thompson.

He spent a lot of time going over things with me step by step room by room, You will leave there for sure learning something you did not know. He has shown me some ways to make repairs without spending a lot of money. I would recommend him to EVERYONE looking to buy a home.

We had Brian "B.K." Thompson from King Home Inspections out to look at a home we were purchasing. He arrived about an hour before we did and by the time we got there he was running through the house checking systems. He was very personable and thorough. He tested everything from water pressure, to electrical outlets. He checked the basement walls for swell and made recommendations to control water flow around the house. He took pictures of all the concerning areas and provided them to us in a 20 page write up of the home! He provided a 3 ring binder stuffed with literature about things to help with your home maintenance. He spent a tremendous amount of time going around the house with us and answering any questions we had and addressed our concerns. His prices were very reasonable and his ASHI certification certainly helped us trust him! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great inspector! Thanks Brian!

I highly recommend King Home Inspection, LLC. and would use him again. I had three other home inspectors recommended to me by a Realtor, but after talking with them they either were unavailable, not flexible with times or didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about. I found Brian “BK” Thompson online and read the reviews, called him up - he sounded knowledgeable and was able to work with my schedule. I'm glad I chose him! He did a very thorough job, he not only communicated effectively about any red flags he found but also talked about future potential issues and how to correct them before they would become an issue. I am not very “handy” with tools however Brian was able to clearly explain in simple terms anything I had questions about and provided me with a “maintenance schedule” on my soon to be new house. After the inspection he had sent me a detailed report with highlighted photos that had notations of what he had covered during our time together. I have had other home inspectors at other properties I have owned in the past and I am very pleased and impressed with the quality of his inspection as well as his professionalism.
