I was assigned Dr. Stephen Brooks via the ER and I could not be happier. He is not only an excellent physician but he is caring, imparts information in easily understood language and relates well to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks.

I waited over 5 months for this appointment ..first the Dr Jocabo was no longer with them and they cancel it and made another appointment …. then on Jan 2016 they cancel that appointment …for March 2016 and now they cancel my appointment because they accused me of not doing ” my job”!. in getting a referral from his PCP....



With my 85 years father at appointment .... I was rudely told he was not on the list by office manager Stacy Kinsey..... “ its been cancel because we did not get the referral” She said “ that was not their job” She was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. I call 2x for referral and told the PCP to please have it by noon… they did but not by noon..



I will never go there again and I advise everybody else not to.. I was humiliated and refuse to get on the same level of this person .. They have an unprofessional office staff, unorganized and inconsiderate to their patients…. your better off going somewhere else where they care about their patients!
