My cuticles were trimmed TOO much, the french tip on my manicure ws so thick it looked trashy, and the top coat the girl used was so old and gooey that strings were attached every time she took the brush out of the jar. As a result, the paint started to bubble before it even dried. I went home and immediately removed the bad paint job. Now I'm nursing my cuticles back to health after too much skin was removed. It looks like I have dry, broken skin around my nails and I've never had that problem before. Never again!!!
