Ted Green, the proprietor sold laminate flooring and sent out his installer Kenny, only now to distance himself from Kenny and refuse to back up his work. I'm left with an improperly installed floor and Ted's refusal to back up his installers work. He now say's he simply refers installers. That is not how he portrays it when making the sale. I'm left with a mess of a floor that he won't take responsibility for, instead trying to shift blame to anyone and everyone else.
BEWARE!!!!
