Staff is willing to go out of their way for you, if they aren't super busy with customers! Prices are reasonable, trade ins welcome for up to half off - check out their website for all the details on credit. They take almost anything! But if you're cleaning out, you do have to purchase, I brought two regular office boxes and had to spend 5 bucks, which is understandable, and easy to do with all the great inventory! Went in with about 50 books, walked out with 6 that I'd been wanting to read plus a Pink Floyd CD, ended up leaving with less than I brought and happy about it. Plus I have credit left for next time. The place is huge! Locally owned and family run. Check it out for yourself, you'll be glad you did!

Not only is the staff rude, they don't know the value of anything in their store. I was berating for having the audacity to attempt to get a price lowered from 20 dollars (a Nintendo DS game) that was on amazon for 8 dollars (they would't even match the price) Everytime I come in there if i do dare to pick something up (like a record) they harass me into not wanting it and tried to charge me 25 dollars for a Yardbirds record that was only worth 4-5 bucks. All their dvds are overpriced and their trade in stipulations just reflect their cheap attitude towards their clients. I've never been to a worse used bookstore in my life. Huge selection of books however the staff are not personable at all. Upon learning that I couldn't return the books i purchased a couple days prior, but had to exchange them (I didn't realize this was how used book chains do business, this is not the issue). I was nonchalantly told to go and exchange the books i wanted to return (not asked, but told) and when i brought my bag of books with me, the head of the store yelled to tell me to leave my property at the desk like I was a shoplifter even though I had purchased a large stock of their wares. Lack of social awareness is not a reason to stay away from a store, but it is a reason to seek an alternative to one.
