There is a new manager in the office now and I think she has been here for almost a year and she is very nice. The community looks nice, the area is perfect for me and the new manager has been making many upgrades to the apartments.

The apartments seem very inviting an welcoming. Office well decorated, outside maintained well, show apartment in great condition. Yes they had us fooled with all of that. Not only did they give us a completely different apartment then Linda Cox showed us but it was much smaller. White carpets, white walls, not worth almost $800 a month for a small 2 bedroom drab apartment. After having the maintenance man come into our home 10+ times to fix things that were broken he informed us on leaving his job for Linda Cox because she's not only a manipulative liar but she is also a spy. She lives on site an you better bet anything you do, anyone in your apartment, what times you arrive home-- she will know. She will have "apartment inspections" then evict you for no explained reason. Stay far away FAR FAR AWAY!

be very careful with the manager Linda cox and her staff, they are liars and very UN professional. as far as being in there employment, I would not recommend working for these people they do not pay there employes. there is also another woman who works with miss cox, nathalee larsen who recruits there cleaning staff. she is also a liar, cheater, and very un professional. she does not pay her employes. I speak from experience, so trust me when I say be very very careful. they have both been turned in to the BBB as well as labor and industries.
