I went there because a people suggested them. BIG mistake! Took two full days and several calls to get an answer to what my trucks ELECTRICAL issue was. Problems everywhere. I DID NOT ask to have my brakes or fluids checked! Had they just stuck to what I asked it probably would not have taken as long. I also mentioned a couple times that I can NOT afford a whole lot, and asked couple times where my bill was standing at! The first day halfway through I was given one amount, but was never actually given an upgraded amount until my truck was torn apart and put back together ready for pickup. I was told I get a call back the first day and never got one. I called twice the second day and finally got one but still no update on my vehicle. They were friendly for the most part until I called them out on not getting back to me. Had us come down to show they had the truck torn apart and to just point out what the issue was rather than just telling me over the phone. (We live 20 minutes away) My bill doubled! Customer service skills need improvement! Never again!!

HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. My vehicle goes to Art's Automotive for regular maintenance. They are professional, courteous, and will correct what is going wrong with the vehicle. Prices are fair, and they get the job done fast!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been to Arts many times thru the years and their staff has always been very friendly and professional. Top notch mechanics on duty. I have had some foreign vehicle's (Audi-Jag) and have always been very satisfied with the workmanship and repairs from Arts they always use original parts instead of aftermarket garbage. A lot more cost affective than going to the dealership.

Can't say enough for customer service and integrity of all the people that I have came in contact working there. I will continue taking my vehicles to Arts and would recommend them to all.

Have had electrical service completed before with satisfactory results. Recently tried their "automotive repair" service. When I took it

in, told them it had low compression in one cylinder and advised them of it. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up, they told me a cylinder had low compression,...DUHHH!!..Last time I use this shop. Only cost me $125.00 for them to tell me what I originally told them to begin with,..great place to take your car if you don't mind giving your money away.

I love Art's automotive. They are excellent, even have coffee and cookies in the lobby. Shuttle service, too!!!
