Worse place ii have ever rented/lived. The place should be condemned. I've had a broken sewage pipe under my building for half a year with many failed attempts at getting the issue addressed. My flooring and sub floor needs replaced as well as the stained, Broken, and worn down kitchen cabinets oh that reminds me, as well as the moldy dry wall behind them. There's a major mold issue with every unit. The electric iissue I don't even know where to begin. I have many maintenance requests that I've submitted but have not had fixed. The owner is a slum lord and only cares about money. And the outrageous deposit this dump requires to move iin, well you will never get a penny back unless you fight for it. Oh BTW the repairs that have taken place are always half ass and temporary. Never properly done nor correctly they use duck tape! to fix things like pipes and flooring

They prefer HUD and likeI'm disabled and been harrased by other tenants for having to wear diapers I'm dying and the owners don't care they know how sick I am a and have never helped they prefer drug ppl and welfare,pplI pay full amount
