Bought our Bullfrog spa here recently. Great spa, but not without a few issues. First spa arrived from factory with cracked tub. We experienced difficulty getting initial chemistry balanced. A few loose jets. Derk and his staff have been outstanding in addressing our issues and helping us get the hang of balancing the water. Would recommend them to everyone.
