Been a customer for about 20 years and never a problem. None! Nice people and ready to help you. I do, and would, refer friends to Jack of Pawns.

On my 3rd purchase from Budsgunshop.com, having chosen them as being my preferred FFL dealer, even though they charge $35 per transaction when most places charge $20, I was placed on "delayed status" on my Brady Bill, which is not an issue. My status came back "proceed" the next day, but was told 2 times when calling them that "we still havent heard anything" 3 days later. Finally they said I could pick up my firearm even though they had approval two day prior. I drove 50 miles each way both times. The young girl at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor to show me their Colt Gold Cup, an $1100 pistol. I had the money to buy it, but just couldnt deal with being treated inferior on a purchase of that amount from a place in a bad part of town that I had driven 50 miles to get to. Save your money, and buy from someone whom will appreciate your business, sure isnt them.
