My experience was great. Auto body express is my number one stop if I ever need body work in the future. They are very professional & keep you update of the progress every other day. They were true to their word. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

I will never go there again. I went in for a $400 repair to my lower front in. They did a shotty job and after they were done my headlight were uneven, my hood was higher(go figure) and the new bumper kept popping loose. I went back twice and their insurance guy told me they could "shoot a few screws in it". This is a one year old show room car so I took my business somewhere else where I was told and showed where they tried to save a buck. Never go there!!!!

Has to be the worst service I have ever had.They gave me a run around no help my truck was suppose to be in and out one day I am sitting in the waiting room as im writing this rude as can be will never come back steven is rude and could careless they got payed but now ive missed work because there carelessness

Very poor workmanship. Took 5 weeks to complete a 2 week job. Paint doesnt match and has swirl marks from buffing. I spend two days cleaning the polish out of seams, off plastic molding and off insulation in the engine compartment. I now have lots of rattles that i didnt have before. Poor communications. They charge high prices for cheap aftermarket parts. I would not accept the vehicle the first time they told me it was ready. Air conditioner did not cool after they worked on my vehicle. I had a rude service advisor. I will never take my vehicle to this shop again.
