Just bought a van and took it to a Honda dealership for a recall fix. I was told it was submerged in water, the carpet was full of mold, the brakes locked up and numerous diagnostic codes showed up. They deemed it unsafe to be on the road and refused to service the vehicle. I've spent over 3000 dollars just to make this vehicle safe for my family. Now I know why you are called Sprinkler because your vehicles are water damaged and there is no way you couldn't know that. Especially if you had your mechanic check it like you said they do with every vehicle. How do you people live with yourselves knowing you are sending a family in a vehicle that could have killed us all.

these guys are the worst dealership ever. they sold us a car, after 2 days we had issues. they claimed they couldn't find an issue with the car. told us we were their number 1 priority but that was a lie. they had the car multiple times to figure out issue and they didn't do anything but drive it around for 30 min and claim there wasn't anything wrong with the car. they have hidden behind their AS IS laws so they don't have to do anything to fix the car. we finally figured out the issue on our own after spending 2300. turns out it was a broken catalytic converter which after reading their google reviews was not the first time they sold a car with this issue. these guys are crooks and liars that only care about making their sale and nothing else. ALL i want is for them to take accountability and responsibility for what happened. but do they care?! NOPE. do not trust these guys they are horrible.

When you have the "I'm completely comfortable walking onto this lot" feeling, it makes it such a great experience purchasing your first or next car! I personally have purchased 2 vehicles from them, a 2005 GMC Envoy & just recently a 2007 Nissan Murano SL. My boyfriend has purchased 3 vehicles from them as well. All of our experiences have been great with them. They do everything they can to help you get the vehicle you want at a good price. My first vehicle purchase, I had no credit & they got me a great interest rate/payment! My second vehicle purchase was a 3 day process, & they got everything to where I needed & wanted it to be. The couple issues I did have with both my vehicles were taken care of with their great customer service & repairs. I'm extremely happy with how Sprinklers run their business & treat their customers. I would, & do, recommended everyone to go to Sprinklers Used Cars in Longmont. I will continue to give them my business!

We have purchased 2 cars from them over the last year. They have both had a couple of minor issues but as has been stated, used cars bought as is. The repair costs have been minimal and they have been things that go out on cars even if bought new. On one car they even replaced the part at their cost. I have recommended this to many people who have also been pleased with the service.Work with Jesse if possible he is amazing!!

The thing that stood out most was the huge selection of vehicles under $10K. Their staff was friendly and knowledgable and their pricing was the best in town. We were able to get a great car at a great price.

I just bought a 2001 Chev Tahoe with 80k miles that was in great shape and really inexpensive. My credit was not that good but some how they were able to get me approved. Just purcased a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT. Super pumped! I will be recommending all my friends and relatives to come see Sprinker when in need for a depedable auto. Overall, had an excellent experience buying a used car here at Sprinkler. They were able to get me into a clean dependable car without a huge down payment even with my poor credit history.

We recently bought a 2005 Nissan Xterra from Sprinkler Used Cars and were thrilled with the service. Our salesman was Willy and he was very helpful in getting us the best deal and interest rate. Bill, the owner, took care of all our needs and questions quickly and kindly. No, I don't work for them and I'm not sure what people are complaining about-you can run into problems with any used car. I've purchased from them in the past and I will be purchasing from them in the furture. They've been in Longmont as long as I can remember and that's because of their great customer service! Kudos to Bill and the team at Sprinkler Used Cars!!
