Bad Food, Worse Service: The meal we paid far too much for which consisted of a pizza and calzone took at least 30 min to arrive after we ordered it which was at least 15 min after we were seated. The pizza was just bad in every way. So was the calzone. Pizza crust tasted like somebody spilled a bucket of baking soda in by mistake and toppings were few and bad. Calzone was greasy, soggy and cold. We were one of two tables with people at them so I was amazed at how long it took to serve us. Wait staff was rude when you could get their attention. Big waste of time and money!

When people come into our restaurant cussing and yelling at our employees, especially the young girl working the register, we are happy to show you the door. As our delivery driver did apologized he was meet with F-U and other obscenities and threats of physical violence. As for the rest of the lies in this story, they are very unappreciated. We do hope you do not return to our establishment.

STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE FOOD, RUDE MANAGER, WAY OVERPRICED.

I have eaten here twice. The first time I ordered a pizza for carry out. It sucked! A few months later I gave it another try and brought my daughter there for lunch. Food and service sucked ( pizza had very very very little and poor quality toppings, and I’m almost certain I and my daughter got sick from it). I politely complained to the manager about the food and service and he said I quote, “you are entitled to your opinion, we think our food is excellent.” He did not offer to replace our meal which we did not finish because it was so bad or refund our money. He didn’t even offer an apology. He was rude and conceited. This was all well over a year ago. Today however, I had another experience with Nicholo’s. I was driving to the store and was so severally tail gated by one of their delivery drives that I could not even see his headlights behind me for the nearly two miles he followed me (all while I was driving the posted speed limit) into coincidentally the same parking lot. As I pulled into the King Soopers he sped through the parking lot at full throttle, screeching to a stop in front of Nicholo’s Pizza. I went over to confront the person and found out it was a Nicolo’s employee. I confronted the person with concern but without yelling. Within 10 seconds the manager (a 19 year old boy who was the owners son) came out and said first off “what is your problem.” I explained what his employee had done and all he had to say was, “we don’t enjoy people coming in here and insulting us.” And told me I was welcome to leave. No apology, just rude indignant behavior from a little kid who thinks he is all that because daddy ownes the business. I have had three very poor experiences with this establishment and cannot believe they stay in business. Also, it is clear that at least the majority of their positive reviews on google were written by them. I urge you! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE! There are plenty of hard working polite restaurant owners with fantastic food around town.

No Stars! We went to Nicolo's last night and had the worst experience. It was late - 15 minutes before closing so I could have understood if they said, we're closed but instead we were greated by the owner in rubber gloves telling us that we would have to "hurry up" and then proceeding to tell the kitchen "I guess we have one more". Then she looked at the hostest and said twice to her "that's the last one, take out only". If you didn't want the business, just say you were closed. We sat for 2 seconds and I was so offended by the comments and behavior (by the owner mind you - a grown woman - not a young kid learning the ropes) that we decided to leave. She was rude to the end saying it was "our decision" after I explained that we were treated rudely. We will never go back - will tell everyone we know about this HORRIBLE service. The funny thing ... we went to Old Chicago's after that - spent $50 - had fantastic service and much better food. I would never pick a chain over a loc

This is a great pizza place. The crust is not too thick and not too thin. Nice selection of sauces and toppings.
