Exceptional service, we will definitely return! Expectations not only met but exceeded. Reading the comment below from 2007, they owners have changed since then, huge turnaround..I'd say!

update 11/18/10; after getting my complaint that corporate still hadn't responded Randy made it right and refunded my money

when they performed the courtesy check on my vehicle they didn't get the tire back on correctly and the tire almost fell off of the vehicle when I pulled out of the parking lot. I returned and they put the tire back on but a week later when I purchased tires from another store I was informed that they had cross threaded the bolts so badly that the stud had to be broken off and replaced to get the tire off. I spoke with Randy at the store and he said he would contact corp to see about refunding my money. more then a month went by with no contact before I called him back 11/4, and now I still haven't heard anything back. He told me I should have brought the vehicle to him to fix, but they don't provide courtesy vehicles or rides, and I couldn't get back and forth from the other shop, nor could I take that much time off work. Incompetent, rude, and irresponsible.
