we went in to look at vacuums at this store HOPING someone was knowledgable about new models, costs, how they work, etc. versus the bigbox stores that were of no help at all.Brian was awesome and easily sold me on a Simplicity for 279.99 and a cannister vac for our vehicles (animals!) for a little more.The next day, my boyfriend went to purchase it and was told by some woman working there that the Floor Model was brand new and that 'he was the first one to ever use it'. NOT!When we looked in the bag attached, there was animal hair in it along with a bunch of dirt. We called immediately the same day to return it and were told "sorry-no returns'. So, we stopped payment and decided to contact the BBB to advise them. When contacted, the woman said 'well, I can't keep any eye on everything that goes on in the store'. MY reaction=then DON'T LIE!!! We got the used floor model replaced with a new one still in the box but decided if she could lie like that, we were not buying a second cannister vac from her.

I feel badly about writing a negative review about Lgmt Vacuum, but it's been three weeks and my Riccar is still not repaired and parts are pending. Anyway, I've been a long time customer of LV, but ever since my long time favorite person left, service is not the same. Sorry, but I'm moving on.
