Absolutely horrible experience!!! It took them over 2.5 months and 7 trips out to properly replace and install a small 3' x 4' window. The first time they replaced the window it was too small but didn't say anything about it. They covered up their mistake by using an excessive amount of sealant to fill in the gaps where the window didn't fit properly. That sealant prevented them from putting back on the window trim and instead of leaving the trim, they took it away leaving a side of the window without any and they damaged the other sides of the trim. Not only did they not acknowledge this mistake they said they forgot to tell me they were going to charge extra to put in new trim. Really? They stole the trim that was there and didn't put in new trim. They came out again and said the window was too small and a month later installed a correctly sized one. This time they installed new trim but it wasn't long enough to go around the whole window. More to tell, but out of space.

True glass professionals. Gave me a lot of design ideas and advice so my shower enclosure was perfect. Prices are great, employees are helpful and they're a local company. I'd highly recomend them!

I had dropped off a window for repair on a Monday and was told the window would be ready in 3-5 days. The cost was $150 which I paid at the time in hopes the window would be done in a reasonable amount of time. The 5 days past with no word from Hillcrest. I finally called and was told they had no record of my window being there and to call the next day to speak with another person. After calling the next day I was told the window had been sent out to another glass company for the repair and might be in sometime the next week...no date given. I strongly suggest not doing business with Hillcrest.
