My mother (81) was sitting in the passenger seat when the car was impacted by a larger vehicle on the passenger side. Even though my mother did not break any bones, she experienced internal swelling and bleeding, bruising on the outside plus her brain matter was agitated resulting in PTSD symptoms.

Mom's rehabilitation was extensive: one month of rehabilitation in a facility, 6 weeks of home care and another 6 months of my care.

I was seriously injured in a traffic accident, while on the job. Mr. Hall came to my house to talk to my family and I, because it was very difficult for me to leave the house because of my injuries. Mr. Hall was very professional, and dealt with the various insurance companies involved, and especially got things accomplished with the Workers Comp insurance company! When ever I had delays in getting treatments authorized, he would quickly respond to my calls or emails and get the situation resolved. It was nice to focus on my recovery while he dealt with the stress of the insurance companies, and bills that I was receiving for some treatments. I unfortunately fell and injured my right foot while I was recovering from my original left leg injury, and he was able to get that included with my case, since my fall was the result of my original injury. He was able to get me the first part of the settlement when I really needed it (I was not able to work for over a year and had a very long recovery) so I could pay off the mounting bills. When I was released from Workers Comp, he explained my options to me about keeping the case open, and aggressively pursued the settlements with the insurance companies, while they were trying to delay the process. He got me much more money than I would have gotten had I just gone through the system on my own. I am very thankful that he was able to work with the Auto Insurance carriers and get me some money to help compensate my life changing injuries and the lost wages. I will also be using the money to go to school, as I am not physically able to do my previous job. Being injured is bad enough, but being stressed out and pushed around by the insurance companies is not something anybody should have to deal with. I am very thankful that I hired Mr. Hall, because I had minimal involvement in the stressful part of my recovery since he took care of it for me! He always answers my (often long) emails with concise answers, and has taken the time to explain things to me and my family members!

Four years and four months ago, I came to Brad A. Hall with a very unique car accident case. I knew from the beginning, I could not have handled the outcome on my own. You see, I was hit from behind while waiting at a stop light at an intersection. The uniqueness of this case was that I had a hitch on my car. The female driver was not paying attention, she told me "that she saw me moving", when I had not even taken my foot of the brake, and ran into me hitting me "hard", but never did any damage to my car. The damage happened to me. There was true evidence of the impact on her vehicle, but I could not show evidence of injury because I was dealing with soft-tissue injuries. I knew my situation was going to present A LOT of challenges for Brad and for myself. Brad took my case on a contigency contract. As a single mom I could not afford to pay a retainer fee, etc. The first 18 months, I went through a painful rehab and recovery period. For the next 18 months, I did whatever was asked of me from Brad and from the legal system, as I was feeling better and healing. A year ago and 4 mos, I thought my case was going to be dropped, due to a lack of physical evidence in the court's perception of my suit. Also, with the discrepancy that Laura found, it gave us more back in return, and Brad again gave me more back even though he had a legal right to take more according to our contract. My case looked doomed from the start, but I had faith & hope in Brad and his assistant Laura, and it truly paid off in the end. Their acts of compassion is truly a positive reflection of the firm.
