I was sold a defective iPad mini4, the first week it sat in my gym bag until I had the time to set it up w/the apps I use. The 2nd week it kept shutting off on me & at that time I was instructed to do some trouble shooting, try an update, then I was told to completely shut it down when I’m done using it because, standby might be draining it, then go to the battery to see what all is running in the back ground but, beings I had not used it very much there wasn’t any data. Then Apple finally scheduled an appointment to run a diagnostic test & they found the battery to be defective & just exchanged me with another one. Sounds good for the average person but, I resale items & there is no proof it’s not a counter fit, refurbished or I’m the original owner because, the box has stickers of the serial number, & model which, by the way is a different model from the original one, a different chip. I see boxes for sale on eBay all the time. I’ve bought counter fit Beats, in an authentic box. Just like in court, if you have factual arguments a statute of limitations is always thrown out with case law, you cannot wag the dog until they expire. It was sold defective meaning it’s eligible for an immediate exchange. The iPad did not become exchangeable after the time had expired, making BestBuy liable. When you do not except responsibility for selling defective items it is a slap across the face because, it looks like you took someone for $400 & said, sorry we screwed you. We don’t care we’re not the ones losing out on money. We got yours. Our rules are designed that way because, it takes our buyer’s that long to realize they’ve been taken, when they are. I want what I paid for is all I am saying! A brand new iPad 4, 128GB, same model, same box etc….
