This review is a response to What a Hassle! by Grandaddy - 09/19/2011We responded to Grandaddy who called us for a washing machine overflow. We arrived in less than an hour and cleaned up this job and dried out the home in 3 days. Grandaddy wanted us to invoice the manufacturer, which we will do, but we needed Grandaddy to provide us with the contact information for the manufacturer's insurance carrier, which only Grandaddy could get. We went above and beyond granting Grandaddy 60 days instead of 30 to resolve this and tried along the way to help guide Grandaddy through the admittedly arduous process of getting a manufacturer to pay for damage to ones home. In the end, Grandaddy/we were successful and his home was returned to its original good condition! It did take a while and I apologize if I came across as aggressive, I was simply trying to help Grandaddy understand how this process needed to proceed. It did wind up being completely covered by the manufacturer of the failed washing machine.
From repairing the broken water pipe in my kitchen ceiling this past February to cleaning up the water and carpeting, repairing the plumbing and sheetrock, and working with my insurance company, you folks did an excellent job all around. Thanks also for showing up so quickly!

I highly recommend the whole crew of 24 7. They are punctual, diligent, and worth every penny spent on them. It's nice to have a company you can trust and that woks for you. I really appreciate how honest they were with me, how professional, and each of their staff members I delt with were all amazing. I will recommend them to anyone that needs restoration in their home!
This is a great local company that follows industry standards at all times! They used primarily botanical products. The techs are top notch, pleasant and hard working. They will work directly with your insurance company if you want. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any water, sewage, smoke or mold clean up. VERY SATISFIED!
Bad news, quoted $750 final bill came to $3,479.94.
Our water heater failed in the middle of night, flooding our finished basement and laundry room. 24\7 answered the phone at 6 am and had their team on site within the hour. They took care of everything and had great communication throughout the whole process.
While 24-7 did respond to my call promptly, everything else went downhill from there. Their technicians repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments, they tracked grease onto my carpets, they took months to get me an estimate for repair work, and then they billed me for an extraordinarily high amount. When i spoke with a manager to try to address these problems, he got very aggressive with me and somehow tried to blame all of the problems mentioned above on me. Outrageously bad customer service.
We had a flood in our house this winter. The upstairs carpets were sopping wet and it appeared to be raining in the basement. I couldn't even find the source of the problem. 24-7 came in like heroes, found the problem in a failed piece in an upstairs toilet, stopped the leak and proceeded to do an amazing job with the dry out. We also used them for the reconstruction, which was extensive. They were professional, courteous and were wonderful at helping us navigate through the insurance process. It was a terrible situation and 24-7 was great at handling all aspects. I would highly recommend this company.
24/7 was at my house within an hour of my call to them. Their team took charge of the situation, was professional and very responsive. They even referred me to a great plumber to help install a new water heater. This was all in addition to their total understanding that we had to juggle all of this with our weekend schedule of 2 soccer games, buying a new hot water heater, etc. Why do these things never happen on a weekday?Overall - great experience with them. They made a chaotic situation manageable and will definitely call them if I am ever in need of a service like this again.
Do not call 24/7. They will take you for about $2,000 more than the job actually costs. If you dispute any charges on the bill, the general manager will send you a nasty e-mail, bully you, and all in all treat you bad. The did a good job cleaning up but the aftermath and billing has been a nightmare. Just because I disputed some of the charges on my bill, he basically sent me an e-mail saying that I had no understanding on how to read their invoices. This is an insurance claim and I feel they are trying to take advantage of me and my insurance company. I won't let that happen and they are still bullying me for a balance that I do not owe.Just save yourself the heartache and skip right over these guys. You will be much happier in the long run.
The crew got here in 45 minutes-very professional.Great customer service. Would highly recommend.
We had a sewage problem in the basement and these guys were out within the hour AND they worked with my insurance company to get it paid for. Great service, would recommend them to anyone.
These guys rock, got here in 20 minutes, billed the whole thing to my insurance. Nice workers, clean.
I called these guy...What a rip off. Call someone else.
