All I have to say is this Company has the best service and skill I ever experienced. Seriously this dude had my hi tech heating system running super fast and didn’t rip me off. I installed it myself and messes up the wiring which only a real pro could have figured out. Empire are good people.

I came up from Jersey to our vacation home in Gouldsboro anticipating a nice warm home for my visiting inlaws but it wasn't happening. I called two other companies who took my money and the heat didn't last but I will take that up with my cc company. I checked online and then Craigslist and found Empire Technical heating company. This guy Mack acted as if he was waiting for my call on a holiday weekend. He was real cool and when he came over, revealed to me what the other guys did that could have hurt my family if the heat stayed on. He took pictures and explained what needed to be done. I couldn't thank Mack enough and will take legal action against the other scab repair guys. I advise viewers to be careful who they hire. Online reviews are not always a good gauge but sometimes you get a really good contractor like I did on CL if you speak to the person and ask questions. Mack knew his business from the moment we spoke on the phone. One of the other guys wanted $9000 to change a five year old furnace. Empire fixed it for $630

He called Empire Tech after no success getting our boiler repaired properly. Mack returned our call and scheduled a service call within the day. I felt confident as we spoke and he was very positive. He and his helper arrived as agreed and serviced our 24 year old State oil boiler with no effort at all. Empires rates were competitive and fair. He accepted a chech which others wanted cash. I now found my Heating & Air Cinditioning company.
