This place is the worst! I when't today to scan some documents, and the lady that was taking care of me was soo rude to me, if you having a bad day dont pay with other people, you dont know what situation is going on in some peoples life..

Unfortunately for me I been trying to get a hold of the office so that they can transfer my case to the Department of Resources food Stamp Office in Harrisburg, Pa where I now reside and I am getting the impressions that someone lied to me about what is needed and what is not and when I do hand the important information they keep saying they need the copies of my documents which left me to know that someone is not being honest as they say they are. It makes me wonder what have they done the with the last copy print outs I gave for both of them. I am looking for at least a part time job at least and trying to enroll into a school for college courses in Travel and Tourism or Criminal Justice in the Forensic Science Department.

This place is the worst! I called here with busy lines every time and when I finally called the lady was rude and I couldn't even understand her accent. She explained what not to me that wasn't even helpful because she just gave me another number. And then she accused me of calling before and she explained the same thing to me and gave me the same number. I called ONCE. And even if I called again, as customer service she should be more helpful and explain it thoroughly and more nicely, it's her job.
