There is no Zero star rating available unfortunately. You never can talk to a live rep of Quality Association Management Inc unless one (and this is true - only 1 exists) call you back. There is no e-mail available. All requests are denied upfront. Liz who is this One person claims she knows what common elements for which association is responsible and it is not what you have a problem with, until you find in the document that she is wrong, then she tells you that you need to ask a lawyer who then needs to talk to her. The office is her house. You can only get something if you promise to complain and had to shout really long in order to overcome her rapid speech. Go ahead and you will get her to do what you need. Remember she is being paid using your monthly HOA payments. I know her for 16 years, time to really go ahead and complain.
