Since my wife bought her car from Chuck Ryan Cars 8 years ago my family won't buy from anyone else. Mr. Chuck is the car whisperer! He searched multiple auctions for exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn't sure what that was. He brought back a 2007 Toyota Camry and I was in love. He was able to do the same thing when my wife was searching for a car. A week after I bought the car the visor started falling off. (I later found out there was a recall for it.) I drove it back to the dealership and told Chuck's daughter Kelly about it and she sent me right back to their repair guy with a big smile on her face. It was fixed in a few minutes and I was on my way. Kelly didn't try to charge me or make me fill out paperwork. Everything with Chuck Ryan Cars is always so easy They're so friendly. And I got my car at a really good price!

april 12th i purchased a car, on may 6th it broke i texted kelley letting her know what service lights flashed before my truck shut off. may 7th kelley said she'll tow it in my truck was on highway 90 for 4 entire day's because she forgot to get it towed. i understood didn't complain. fast foward 2 weeks later i called kelley asked her was the truck fixed she explained no they couldn't find a problem but was going put it on a machine. ok cool again no complaintts from me. 3 weeks later i texted kelley explained to her if the mechanic couldn't fix the issue i'll myself take the car to the dealership for a service appointment, kelley responded it was ready for pickup. fast foward to today 7-5-18 i go to get the vehicle i headed straight to ask the mechanic what work was completed he said none- nothing- zilch- zero. it had sat while i still paid my notes as they were due. yet i also rented a car out of pocket for these weeks not through insurance paid out of pocket at my expense. after becoming upset due to these circumstances kelley became irate as if she has paid me over 8,000 with an additional balance. she than threatens to call the cops, have me removed and attempted to keep my vehicle. i have scheduled my own service appointment with certified mechanics for this saturday chuck ryans mechanics can't fix a power wheel. i'm not sure how to post all photos including text messaging but i'm willing and able to show proof or you can visit chuck ryans facebook page i have it posted there underneath my review. she did repair an unbroken door handle and not the driver side view mirror that's facing the ground making it dangerously to merge left. great job chuck ryan you guy's are a nightmare.
