The service Buddy and I got was awesome! The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Joey takes his time to do a complete exam and explain everything he is doing. I would tell you if you have never been there you should go there.

It is always a pleasure to go into the clinic. The staff goes out of their way to make you and your pet feel welcomed. If you have any questions about products or procedures they are very knowledgeable. I love the fact Dr. Joey donates time with IMMS to help save the turtles.

Dr. Joey really cares for his clients and their pets. The staff care as much as him. We were made to fill at home when Tina had to be hospitalized for a few days. We got a call at least times a day for a report on her status plus we could come by anytime we wanted and were allowed to see her. This was never a problem.

The staff goes out of their way to make sure your and your pets experience is the best. The doctor will answer all of your questions and spends the time to talk with you. My pet enjoys going to the vet. Beatline Oaks Veterinary Hospital has an open door policy.
