My first experience with Type 2 Translate was over the phone and the representative was so nice and courteous. I felt bad since I didn't have long to talk and they offered to call me back whenever I was available; I am certainly glad they did!
The project manager called me directly and spoke with me for a while about what we needed, it was a rough task and we had to get a new website translated into three different languages for a client within a week!
It took them about 4 days to complete the translations and everything was done by day 5, with two days to spare! It was a great experience overall and I think their prices are more than fair.
