Very courteous dispatcher. Team showed up within the two-hour window they had specified, and they were able to fix the problem with my refrigerator freezer.

Jim was fast, professional... Overall a great service!

Don't call them, they don't show up or call. Two days I wasted when they couldn't even keep a 4-hour window, 8 hours down the drain, no calls, no show, I had to call them. I called Sears, they showed up on time and quoted $50 less than Smith Bros. Call Sears.

Terrible lack of service. They schedule within 4-hour window and don't show or call. On 3rd scheduled service, showed up after 3-3/4 hours with wrong part, wrong description of problem, confused. Don't call Smith Bros.

Top service. Discovered our fridge/freezer stopped working. Left a voicemail and they got back to me and Peter (repairman) was at my doorstep within the hour. He replaced a part and got the fridge working again immediately. A++

The repair man was onsite within 30 minutes of my phone call. I was very impressed by how quickly he was dispatched.
