the people they hire to manage their apartments seem inexperienced one was accused of embasilment the second one was very rude to tenants that had lived there for more than 10 yr's the buildings have no carpeting makes life of all 8 units like living together slam a door everyone can hear it there is one tenant has the whole down stairs smells like a huge ashtray she is friends with the landlord and is allowed to sublease to homeless people

the maintenance people were very good might I add they went up on my rent 200 bucks I am disabled I paid parking for 2 years where the owner kept his boat took 2 years to get it moved while I paid parking for him.

no reimbursement .
