customer service is really bad,at this location always have a missing items never asked for ketchup they still give it to me always why i do not understand why,well if u love ketchup this is where you need to go is free,but if they forgot to repeat the order at the counter ,and need to order lets said u order two orders of fries and four sandwiches they only charged for one when you said you asked for two fries they said you only paid for one order, you have to get in line again and pay another order have to wait for the second order get in line twice and eat you food cold and spent more time ,for a fast food restaurant sometimes at apology would change everything .
