Well it most definately would not be an establishment I would encourage any female friends to work for as a nurse.Today I heard a very disgusting story.A former female worked in house keeping.She was so good of an employee,she was even able to work on the seventh floor.Doctors and nurses requested her. Yet unfortunately she was given a supervisor that did care she suffered from lower back pain.He would not get her any help .To empty trash in the trash can.This is harassment.A violation of Calif Gov.Code:12900. It also appears to be ;( Retaliation for making a verbal complaint,Calif Labor Code:6310. She was never given her last check when she could not take the pain any more. Calif Labor Code:203. This human resources should give her last check ,compounded with late and interest fees. As we know the obligation of an employer is to ( Show due care ) Calif Labor Code:2800. The employee is to work with best efforts honestly and safely.Calif Labor Codes: 6400 and 2924. This may be some what late ,however; Time of Discovery ,waives the statutes of limitations .Based on if it can be established it was silence of an enity.Calif Gov.Codes:911.23 and 911.64. Also all other female employees should perhaps start writing to all you're congress men and women.Congress female : Soliz is very good. Women have come along way. Yet perhaps that very strong group that has lost their first fight in suing Wal Wart. Can't give up. The only thing written is stone is the ten commandments. Margret Thatcher stated," You have to fight a battle more then one time to win the war." This female that worked for Long Beach Memorial ,lost everything. The place she resided. She was even denied unemployment insurance. Should'nt the laws on unemployment insurance be a case by case basis.This women was : Isolated and pressured to do a job ,with extreme back pain.Who would want their mother ,sister ,wife or duaghter to be treated like this? She still has'nt received her last check from the day she turned her company equipment. This as we know is not only her last check.Its compouned with late fees and all the interest fees. If they deny it. Perhaps its time for a press conference and You Tube. Calif Evidence Code:801.70 and Section :795.While being filmed. To be posted on You Tube. If this very big and powerful enity backs down. This shows reasonable doubt.
