Can’t thank Gary enough. He was right on time, even though I’d requested help past midnight. He managed to unlock the car door in a trice and rescued Oscar, my cat. There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. Its been ages since Id got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! Didnt know if theyd really live up to the tall claims theyd made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm.Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. Id never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount hell charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didnt expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure hell throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong Eric is incredible and kudos to the entire team at Long Beach Locksmith Store for providing outstanding services in Long Beach, CA. there's obviously nothing cool about locking yourself out (or "in" in my case) of your apartment, but after hearing so many people sing Dave praises, i was secretly excited to have to call on him to help me out. i was attempting to leave my apartment on saturday morning only to discover that my doorknob wouldn't turn and i was locked inside of my apartment. neat. Dave was there quickly and knew exactly what the problem was. he swapped out an old part, told me a couple funny stories and then was on his way. everyone in nyc should have his number saved in their phone since it's only a matter of time before any one of us will need him and it's so nice to have a reliable go-to for something like this.
