never recommended, Because at first Mr. Lerner will talk with you respectively and persuade you that he can do your case, after signing contract and get money your will never see him even 1 time. He is responsible in my case that denied, because as uscis Report , there were some points that if he told me before filing my case, i could solve them and it was his duty to tell clients, because when we pay him we hire him to do this best, but unfortunately he didn't do ,and i respect his personality but i wana say Him, Mr. Lerner Money is not everything in business , you are changing job credit with money that will never answer , you should understand clients situation .you should accept your responsibility

.... Mr lerner you are talking very good ... I lost more than 20000$ because of your mistake.

I had a five year old deportation order because I did not go to my deportation hearing in absentia. Brian Lerner's and his other team of lawyers adn deportation attorneys reopened it for me. I was actually detained after what they claimed was a fraudulent TPS application. The Motion was filed in time to stop my deportation. I was released on bond and now can fight my case to get my Green Card.

I am afraid of going back to my home country with very little actual physical proof, but asking this firm to help me with my case is really a blessing. Asylum was granted for me.

My Sister is a Battered Spouse. We ask help from Mr. Lerner and the Petition for Battered Spouse was granted even if we only had emotional abuse to show and no physical abuse. She now has her Green Card, I am so happy for my sister.

Atty. Lerner is the greatest Lawyer I have ever met. He handled my case way back 2005, with his help I got my Naturalization approved. His fees are so reasonable. It's really worth the pay. Thank you very much.

Worst experience ever! Hidden charges, rude staff. My case wasn't moving for more than a year! I couldn't reach anyone either by phone in person. They made mistakes in my naturalization application including putting wrong date of birth and misspelled my name! I’ve recognized it only couple days before appointment with naturalization officer (when they finally showed it to me) and had no choice but get accompanied by somebody from the office to the interview for an additional $1000! (btw the interview including waiting period took less than an hour). After a more than a year they still trying to charge me some fees… terrible!

I've never written a review before but I would like to say that I am vey happy and pleased with Brian D. Lerner and his excellent staff at the Firm. I am satisfied and really glad that there was no confusion at anytime.

Mr. Lerner and his assistants were very patient to explain everything to my wife and I. The firm took all the stress off my shoulders to bring my wife to the USA.

Communication was great, successful and very good. Getting return Phone calls, emails and fax's were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr. Lerner and his firm to anyone in need of immigration services.

The staff was very organized, well spoken and helpful anytime I had a question. Paper work was mailed in timely fashion and easy for me to understand and sign. Then mailed back.

I would use the firm again anytime I'm in need of these kinds of services.

All I had to do was sign paper work and do my immigration homework assignments by the Firm and turn it in. Everything else was done for me. No stress involved.

Brian D. Lerner's firm is very professional and is willing to help anytime you might have a question or two.

I've known Brian Lerner for quite some time now since he handled the case of my wife. I don't want you to bore about the details but to tell - we hired him, helped us get the best option to win the case (and yes we got successful), the fees manageable. He have a great staff that helps too.

I was already 23 years old when our visa priority date became current. I was so sad that I could not migrate with my family. With Attorney Lerner's expertise, he was able to show that I am still below 21 and qualified for CSPA. I am now here in U.S. for almost 5 years. I will not hesitate to have my Naturalization process done by him in the near future.

About 10 years ago, Immigration stated that I committed Marriage Fraud. Since then, I have married and have 3 children. However, USCIS denied my petition because of the fraud ruling 10 years ago. Brian Lerner made a motion to reopen to show there was no fraud. It was granted! We then filed the adjustment again and it was granted.

I am so glad that I found Mr. Lerner. He was recommended by a friend and I had a previous deportation order. He reopened the case, got is sent back down to the Immigration court and then successfully adjusted my status. After 18 years, I finally have my Green Card. It took a while, but he kept fighting for me. Thank you Mr. Lerner.

Unfortunately, the client (or alleged client) who gave this review did not leave their name, phone number, case number or any identifying information whatsoever. If they really had such a bad situation, why are they hiding? Why did they leave an anonymous negative review? There listname of 'nenthrose' gives no identifying information. They say things like 'millions of people worked on their case'. Well, I have a large immigration firm, but not 'millions' of employees. I would be happy to explain what really happened here, but when somebody hides behind an invisible negative review, they do not have real complaints. I invite this invisible person to come out from hiding so I can properly respond as to what really happened. Regards, Brian D. Lerner Attorney at Law 562-495-0554
