Long Beach's Best Kept Secret: Fora was one of the best overall dining experiences I've had. The food was amazing. The courses were generous and perfectly paired with wines suggested by the servers. Every dish was a work of art. The desserts and ports were a perfect way to end the evening...especially the Florentine basket. Our dining experience was made even more pleasant by the attentive servers.
