My wife and i had a great experience with this company, everyone we dealt with was friendly and our escrow closed on time.

Over the years I have been involved in many real estate transactions and dealt with many escrow companies. I am writing to tell you what a pleasure it was to be able to utilize their services.



International City Escrow was absolutely wonderful to work with. There was an old title problem that was discovered and they worked quickly and efficiently to deal with and clear up the issue.



International City communicated with me, never failed to call when they said that they would and made the whole transaction smooth for me.



When this appears to be a time when a lot of businesses have "lost it", as far as service goes, it was a pleasure to find a company that seems to follow the old service standards.
