Had a great experience when my vintage Mustang needed brakes. They gave me a great quote over the phone an stuck to it.
And they had it done by the next day.
Friendly service, too.

I have to say I received 5 star service with Don and Harold Auto. From the time I walked in and told them what the problem was with my vehicle, They got right to it having me in and out in less then an hour. I have to say from here on out this is the only place I will be bringing my vehicle. Thanks again guys for all the great service and the awesome work !!!

Went to Don and Harold Auto to get some front end work done on my 2000 Jeep. I was shocked and pleasantly pleased with the price estimate i received and even more pleased when my car was finished 2 days early. I'm gonna absolutely recommend this repair shop and use them for other things like my brakes and oil changes.

Service is excellent and with option of extended warranties is great. When my car is repair I know I do not have to worry about it. With the reminder card of future services on my car I will never forget to keep my maintenance up to date and my car in good condition.

I would refer my friends and family to Don and Harold's, I trust there decisions on what work needs to be done.

When my old truck failed the test, One of Don's mechanics took his time and explained

the next steps I needed to take in simple, direct terms.

He even helped me save money in the process.

I recommend this company to anyone! Especially those people who are tired of getting ripped off by mechanics. They are honest and friendly. I went to one mechanic who told me that I had to get my brakes replaced and my rotors. Don and Don & Harold's said that my rotors were good for another year and I won't need them replaced until then. I love their customer service and their wealth of knowledge.

I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off when I go to a mechanic, but that's not the case with Don & Harold Auto. I always feel they treat me fairly and really go above and beyond at times. I'm going to recommend to everyone I know.

They're much less expensive than a dealership's repair shop, and MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE! When I found I couldn't afford the full package of work that my car needed, they helped me by prioritizing the recommendations so that I could get the most important stuff taken care of first. They guarantee their work, and they mean it.

This is an honest shop and they do a really nice job. They mechanics are very careful and do a thorough job. I will only take my car here from now on.

I totally trust these guys and bring my car(s) here for everything. The owner is a great guy. Their service is always quick and top notch. I've never felt like I was being ripped off here.

These guys are really honest and reliable. I went there at least 3 times for different cars, and they did inspection, repair and maintenance. Cost was always realistic and affordable. In addition to that the shop is the cleanest mechanic shop I`ve ever seen.

I have been going here for a couple of years now. They do good work and don't try to rip you off. They know that I like to do simple stuff myself, and let me know if it is something that I can probably do on my own. Friendly staff explain things well and will do simple little stuff at no charge (replaced a tricky side marker light for me).

When I had a Toyota pickup, before some jackass rear-ended me on the 405 (::sniff::), I figured at 125K miles, it was time for a real tune up. I do the easy stuff, like oil/filter changes, my brother helped me with front brakes, I put in a new thermostat, things like that.



These guys pulled the heads, scraped the carbon from the pistons, checked the gaskets and timing chain...all too easy for these guys. I think the turn-time was a few days and the price was reasonable.



If you have car issues, don't go to your dealership just for them to charge you $90 for a "diagnostic", give these guys a shot first.

Car mechanics are on my list of "avoid, if possible" - unfortunately, one cannot avoid them unless you're a car mechanic yourself, or have a friend who is one. Putting car stuff off to the last minute is kind of my thing, it's kind of like my hair, I don't bother until it's just so bad I can't avoid it anymore.



I found these guys in the phone book over a year ago. I had a light on my dash that I was ignoring until finally I thought I'd better go have it checked out. They were friendly, didn't charge me (it just didn't get reset from the oil change at some other place), and didn't try to pressure me in any way.



Recently, I went in again. Here's what I have to say about them. They're super nice. The owner took me home and came to get me when they were done with my car. He's friendly, chatty, and as we talked I could tell he was on the up and up (he mentioned that it's a well known fact that mechanics are number one on the "hate" list of most people).



I trust these guys. I've dealt with three of them so far, they polite, they're not trying to up-sell you anything and the do quality work.
