What can I say, Bill runs a wonderful business and he is what he promises, which is hard to say about most busines services, these days I am afraid to say so, but its true. He promises on time delivery or he will drop what he is doing and he will do it himself. And thats exactly what he did for me as the fellow who was supposed to be at my house could not show, and he came right over and did it himself, now how often does the owner of a company stand--literally for his product--well that convinces me that he is willing to do both. I trully recommend a person like this for any job, but in this case your carpets. Good luck Bill, and thanks for the wisdom.
