Okay so first is first. I've been going to long beach now known as Delamo motor sports for what I can say is about two years now t inside the store their customer service is great and they can be really cool and all buddy buddy.so i went first to go check out bikes then I purchased a scooter/moped with the intention to eventually rank up. One day I ordered a air filter went in and guy told me it would cost 200$ to do what took me five minutes. I asked his opinion he comes over and drops my pan of bolts and tells me I can't be over by the service area repairing my moped. So naturally I'm like what the hell is this guys problem. Then he gives me a attitude.so I go to his manager tell him what's happening and he tells me how he has been an ongoing problem and he'll talk to him.so guys still there time passes I get a bike off of craigslist.being my first bike it came with it's flaws.I'm in and out of the shop getting billed up the AZ. So I decide enough is enough.want you to fix everything.go hard or go home.I was willing to spend up to 1200 for a 2000$ bike. I called in told them to add new break fluid clean the carbs fix the taillight stop the short, I mean run through that motha,so like a month later I get a call and he gives me a bill for 290 and I'm like whoa... nice. Get my bike back there's no break fluid what's so ever, didn't clean carbs or do much of what I asked.all they did was put a new bulb in and a new starter. So naturally I'm upset but I've already driven off and didn't inspect it until it was to late.so I go to school and work so I can't afford to be in and out of the shop. 4 DAYS LATER! My back tail light is out again. Mechanic 1 tells me that when they first Go threw it they find the problem in the case of light bulbs just add a new bulb and go with it if it works. Mechanic 2 basically accuses me of tampering with the light and says I might have 2 pay 200$ if it was my fault and get it for free if it WAs a mechanic error. But it was like pretty much it was you're fault. That's how he put it. Mechanic 3 rings me up a few days later. I'm paying like 70$ it's cheap but honestly that's all I had left with like a dollar more in my banking account. I was furious, why do I gotta pay for 1 small as bulb that cost no more than 20$. At this point I'm missing work and school.. I'm low on money and I forgot to mention they broke my alarm system.I notice day one when I got it out. I told them they said they would take a look at it. No doubt it would have been 200 instead of 70 because their just money grubbers. Unless you have two vehicles, got money time to waist bull to go threw I would not recommend them. They are rip offs and scam artist, that truly do not deserve you're time or money.

After dealing with the idiots at Berts Mega Mall for days I called up Brad and man did he come through, I could have saved myself days of anguish if I would have called him first! Very friendly, warm atmosphere at the dealership and I even got thanked personally by the manager when it was all said and done. I will do business with them again, they know how to treat their customers! Would suggest them any day!

I love going to this place. The new owners did a great job. I was very impressed from parts and service, to the dealership showroom. Thank you to everyone who helped me, i truely felt like a valued customer. Unlike any other dealership i have ever been.

I got Hooked up with these guys!

Me n my buddies we're looking in to getting sum bikes.... n we were tired of going from dealer to dealer...

Bottom Line is these guys treated us with super Customer service and put us on the right Sport Bikes with the right Deal.... How hard could that be?.... Sure enough no other dealership did that n these guys did..... I would recommend Long Beach Motorsports to Anyone!!!! Period.

That place is now the best shop around you should see it tons of bikes, nice people who whork there and that TV wall is amazing. Wish I had that at my house. I have never seen so many bikes in one place. I recommend you check it out.
